Holland

I went along to a Perl Hackathon in Arnhem, Holland. I then had a couple of days to enjoy Holland, which were divided between countryside and city.

Arnhem

I haven't really got much in the way of photos from Arnhem because I was indoors hacking for most of the day (and much of the night too). Happily, someone organized a walk and I was one of the three people that went (guess the rest wanted to keep on coding...)

The Three Country Point

The three country point is where Holland, Belgium and Germany meet. It is also Holland's highest point, at 300 meters. That is easily less than a tenth of the highest easily reachable point in Switzerland!

Maastricht

Masstricht is the second oldest city in Holland, and it's quite pretty, especially the Roman bridge. Having seen me sit on the three country point, the others (OK, mostly BooK ;-)) decided that I should sit on everything around Masstricht that could possibly make an amusing photo. I've no idea why I'm actually putting them online...
